    Course Overview 

    Infrastructure Planning and Project Management for Provincial Government

    The course aims to familiarise the participants with the programme and project planning approaches for infrastructure programmes and projects with specific reference to the development of the business cases and clear cost-benefit analysis.


    Further to this, the course participants with being guided through the various instruments and approaches for monitoring and evaluating the infrastructure programmes and projects.



    Course Format and Duration

    • The 6 modules will be delivered over 5 weeks in block release format.
    • Participants will be required to attend class for 3 days a week, once a month, over a period of 6 months.
    • Travel and accommodation will be at the cost of the student's personal or respective orgnaisation costs.
